We are proud to offer you a wide range of high-quality CCTV cameras and other security products that are designed to meet the unique needs of your business or home. By using our products, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use our products.
- Description of Products Our products include a wide range of CCTV cameras and other security products that are suitable for use in various settings, such as homes, businesses, and public spaces. Our products are manufactured to the highest standards and are designed to be easy to install, operate and maintain.
- Warranty We stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to providing our customers with a positive experience. That’s why we offer a 1-year limited warranty on all of our products. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service. In the event of a defect, please contact us at contact@mercurytechnology.co.tz or visit our website at www.mercurytechnology.co.tz and we will make it right. The warranty is only valid when the original purchase invoice is presented.
- Limitations on Use When using our products, please remember:
- Do not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose;
- Do not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of our products without our prior written consent;
- Do not modify or hack our products to falsely imply any sponsorship or association with the Company;
- Properly maintain and care for the products in accordance with instructions provided by the company.
- Your Obligations You are responsible for making sure that the CCTV cameras and other security products are installed and used in accordance with all laws and regulations in Tanzania. It is your responsibility to obtain all necessary permits and approvals for the installation of our products. You are also responsible for ensuring that the products are properly maintained and cared for in accordance with instructions provided by the company.
- Liability We are not liable for any damages or injuries that may result from the installation or use of our CCTV cameras and other security products if they are not installed or used in accordance with all laws and regulations in Tanzania. In addition, we shall not be liable for any damages or injuries resulting from the failure to properly maintain and care for the products in accordance with instructions provided by the company.
- Dispute Resolution Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms and conditions or the use of our products shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. Any disputes arising out of or related to the warranty of our products shall be resolved through good faith negotiation between the company and the customer. In the event that a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute may be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Arbitration and Mediation Center of Tanzania.
- Changes to Terms We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. If we make big changes, we will give you at least 30 days’ notice before the new terms take effect.
